Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): $5.95

Free Shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping Method

All orders ship within 3-5 business days from our cozy little studio in Upstate New York. Each item is packed with care, intention, and a sprinkle of mischief before setting off on its journey.

Orders are shipped via USPS using the most reliable and cost-effective service for your package's size and weight. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the whims of USPS transit times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to USPS, it enters the postal dimension. If your order seems delayed or lost, reach out and we'll help guide it home. Please allow a reasonable window for USPS to work its magic. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Each item in our shop is made by hand and created with a little mischief in mind. Once they're out in the world, we can't be responsible for any chaos they encounter. Because of that, we don't accept exchanges or returns. Thanks for giving them a good home and loving their quirks.
