Cassandra the Clairvoyant Chicken was supposed to be one chicken - a reimagined Chicken Little - a single bird with peak "told you so" energy. But Cassandra predicted more chickens. And, unfortunately, she was correct.
One became a few. A few became a flock. A flock became a whole herd of clairvoyant chickens, each with the same calm, poultry-based certainty that they absolutely knew what was coming next.
It's getting to be a bit much.
They're fine with that.
This 8-inch stunner, with her lush black-and-white speckled chenille, is not excessive, but is still large enough to be a substantial amount of chicken.
